The 4th International Conference on Computer Information Technologies in Industry 4.0 (CITI-2026) is an international peer-reviewed conference dedicated to recent advances in intelligent information systems, artificial intelligence, industrial digitalization, cyber-physical systems, and emerging Industry 4.0 technologies.

The conference aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and industry professionals from academia and industry to exchange ideas, present research results, and discuss innovative solutions for modern industrial systems and digital transformation.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)
  • Digital Ecosystems
  • Big Data Analytics (Data Driven Decision)
Participation fees

Participants from Ukraine – 150 UAH.

Participants from outside Ukraine – free of charge.

Conference languages

English, Ukrainian (available for short-paper proceedings).

Additional fee for full-text paper processing

Participants from Ukraine – 400 UAH.

Participants from outside Ukraine – free of charge.

Types of conference participation

Plenary presentations and sectional presentations.

Live streaming of plenary and breakout sessions will be provided.

Review Process

CITI-2026 implements a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.

Each submission will be reviewed by at least 2–3 independent reviewers based on:

  • originality;
  • scientific contribution;
  • technical quality;
  • relevance to conference topics;
  • clarity of presentation.
Publication

The conference publishes two types of papers: short papers (conference abstracts) and full-text papers.

Submission Guidelines
  • Papers must be original and unpublished.
  • Submissions must be written in English.
  • Papers should follow formatting guidelines (citi.tntu.edu.ua).
  • Simultaneous submissions to other conferences or journals are prohibited.
Publication of short-text papers

Authors may submit short papers (2–3 pages) for publication in the conference proceedings.

A template for short papers and author guidelines are available on the conference website.

Paper Submission Deadline: September 1

Notification of Acceptance: October 7

Camera-Ready Submission: October 14

Conference Dates: October 21-23

Publication of full-text papers

Authors whose short papers are included in the conference program will be invited to submit complete and original full-text papers in English.

International authors may submit a full-text paper without prior submission of a short paper

Full-text papers will be published in the Springer series.

The template for full-text papers and detailed author guidelines are available on the conference website.

Paper submission will be enabled via a dedicated link, which will be announced on the conference website shortly.

Important!

At least one co-author of each accepted full-text paper must register for the conference and present the topic. Papers whose authors fail to register and present at the conference will not be included in the final publication.
